Returns & Exchanges

We hope every purchase you make at turquoise is perfect, but we know sometimes things don’t work out exactly as you would like. 

 

In Store Purchases

  • Returns accepted within 7 days with all tags attached and receipt for store credit only 
  • Store credit is good for 1 year from date of issue
  • FINAL SALE ON ALL SALE ITEMS

Online Purchases

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase with all tags attached, in original condition, unworn and not damaged for a refund. And items returned within a month will receive store credit. Any items returned after that period will not be accepted, unless you have received confirmation from us. A copy of order or packing slip must be included
    • Email or message us for any questions with returns.
    • Mail items back to the address below:

    • Make sure your name/order number is included in your package.
  • Exchanges can be made as long as it's not a final sale item, but since we carry a small selection of sizes, please contact us ASAP if you need a different size so we can check inventory
  • Store credit is good for 1 year from date of issue 
  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE OR PRE-ORDER ITEMS. (THIS MEANS THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE). 
  • BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COST OF RETURN SHIPPING/ AND COST OF RE-SHIPPING FOR EVEN EXCHANGES. WE WILL COVER SHIPPING COSTS IF THERE WAS A MISTAKE WITH THE ORDER

Extra Notes

  • All items have care/wash instructions that should be followed. 
  • If an item was bought with store credit - it will be a final sale.
  • Only choose store pickup at checkout if you will be able to pickup at our storefront location in Hoover, Alabama.

 

We will always try to work with you on any problems or concerns you have with your purchases and above anything else we want you to be happy, but we are a small shop and these policies are in place to keep our business running smoothly. Thank you for understanding.

Please note:  Due to high demand of some of our brands there is the chance that products will oversell if Afterpay is used at checkout. If you are using Afterpay to checkout, please note you may run the risk of your carted items overselling! Unfortunately, due to communication in the Afterpay payment gateway window, products you may have purchased could have oversold in the checkout stage. Turquoise is not responsible for goods overselling for customers who use Afterpay and will refund customers who have had products oversell in their order.
