Returns, Exchanges, Shipping & Store Policies

We hope every purchase you make at turquoise is perfect, but we know sometimes things don’t work out exactly as you would like.  

    Return Policy

    • Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange ONLY
    • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PRE-ORDERS, TOYS OR SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS. (THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE). Any item discounted (on sale or with a promo code) more than 10% is considered a Sale item and therefore a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
    • All returns must be in original condition, clothing must be unworn with all tags attached.
    • A copy of receipt or order form must be included inside the package. Mail items back to the address below:

    • Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping and cost of re-shipping for exchanges. If we make a mistake with an order we will cover the shipping costs both ways.
    • Store credit is good for 6 months from date of issue. 
    • Items bought with a store credit are considered a final sale and not eligible to be returned.
    • Email or message us for any questions with returns.

    Shipping

    • All items are shipped within 3 business days via USPS unless otherwise selected at checkout.
    • We ship worldwide.
    • Express shipping is an option at checkout which means your order will go out within one business day via Priority Mail or UPS.
    • International shipping is done at the least expensive option unless chosen specifically by the customer at checkout.
    • All shipments are sent with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages, please contact the shipping service (USPS, UPS, etc.) if your package is lost or damaged in transit.

    Extra Notes

    • All items have care/wash instructions that should be followed. 
    • Only choose store pickup at checkout if you will be able to pickup at our storefront location in Hoover, Alabama.

     

    We will always try to work with you on any problems or concerns you have with your purchases and above anything else we want you to be happy, but we are a small shop and these policies are in place to keep our business running smoothly. Thank you for understanding.

    Please note:  Due to high demand of some of our brands there is the chance that products will oversell if Afterpay is used at checkout. If you are using Afterpay to checkout, please note you may run the risk of your carted items overselling! Unfortunately, due to communication in the Afterpay payment gateway window, products you may have purchased could have oversold in the checkout stage. Turquoise is not responsible for goods overselling for customers who use Afterpay and will refund customers who have had products oversell in their order. Please understand that we try to provide the easiest/quickest checkout possible and want to be upfront about any issues you may encounter. THANK YOU!
