We hope every purchase you make at turquoise is perfect, but we know sometimes things don’t work out exactly as you would like. 

 

In Store Purchases

  • Returns accepted within 7 days with all tags attached and receipt for store credit only 
  • Store credit is good for 1 year from date of issue
  • Final Sale on all sale items 

Online Purchases

  • Returns accepted within 14 days with all tags attached and copy of order or packing slip for store credit only
  • Exchanges can be made for all online orders as well. Since we carry a small selection of sizes, please contact us ASAP if you need a different size so we can check inventory. 
  • Store credit is good for 1 year from date of issue 
  • Final Sale on clearance items

Please note:  Due to high demand of some of our brands there is the chance that products will oversell if Afterpay is used at checkout. If you are using Afterpay to checkout, please note you may run the risk of your carted items overselling! Unfortunately, due to communication in the Afterpay payment gateway window, products you may have purchased could have oversold in the checkout stage. Turquoise is not responsible for goods overselling for customers who use Afterpay and will refund customers who have had products oversell in their order.
